We’re a growing Real Estate YouTube marketing agency that helps real estate agents build their brand and generate leads through high-quality, strategic video content. We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor to join our team. As an editor, you'll focus on creating visually stunning videos and thumbnails for our clients, using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe tools.

Job Overview:
This is a freelance, remote position where you'll be editing YouTube videos based on content provided to you. You will not be responsible for content strategy or filming — just editing! We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, meet deadlines, and produce content that matches our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit YouTube videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (A-roll, B-roll, transitions, etc.)
Create eye-catching thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop
Ensure the video content aligns with the client’s branding and goals
Deliver polished videos and thumbnails within the agreed-upon timeline
Communicate with the team regarding project details and deadlines

Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of YouTube video editing styles and trends
Ability to create compelling thumbnails that drive clicks
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
Previous experience editing YouTube videos preferred
Must be based in the USA
