As a Freelance Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written materials that resonate with our audience and meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

Create compelling content for diverse platforms, including articles, blogs, marketing materials, and social media posts.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility in all written work.
Edit and proofread your own work as well as that of others to maintain high standards of quality.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Utilize various writing styles such as technical writing, copywriting, creative writing, and proposal writing based on project needs.
Adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Implement feedback from clients and editors to enhance content quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in writing and content creation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in writing across different genres, including journalism, copywriting, technical writing, SEO writing and creative writing.
Strong skills in copy editing and proofreading with familiarity with the AP Style preferred.
Excellent fact-checking abilities to ensure the accuracy of information presented in all written pieces.
Ability to write clearly and persuasively while adapting tone and style for different audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing previous writing samples is required for consideration.
