Job Summary:

The Salesforce Product Manager will have primary responsibility for the definition of Belden Marketing Automation and Customer Journey use cases using Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM, and overall functional requirements for our business stakeholders. The role will also own the project management and coordination of Salesforce Marketing automation and Customer Journey projects, and proof-of-concepts on Salesforce ecosystem, 6sense, Google Analytics and Google TagManager. The Salesforce Product Manager will interact regularly with global cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, and IT.

This position is a remote opportunity and will report to the Director, Salesforce Program.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

Execution of Marketing Automation, Customer Journey strategy and product roadmap, including Web, Prospects and Leads
Management of projects and proof-of-concepts on Marketing Automation and Customer Journey based on agreed strategy and roadmap, including project budget, resources allocation, tasks and timelines
Stakeholder management and alignment on requirements, roadmap, projects and proof-of-concepts
Primary point of contact to identify and document marketing automation requirements (use cases, process flows, business and technical requirements, and business pain points)
Capture, maintain and prioritize business requirements backlog
Communicate with business stakeholders and represent their voice during project implementation
Conduct or facilitate marketing automation demos (art of the possible)
Maximize the business value of marketing automation platforms

What you bring:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is any applicable discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or Marketing Cloud experience;
- Minimum 3 years of marketing automation experience working in an enterprise-level system;
- Minimum 2 years of proven project management experience.
Technical Skills: Experience with 6sense, Google Analytics, and Project Management tools
Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple regions.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $97,500.00 - 146,300.00 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
