Do you love storytelling? Are you the kind of editor who sees a raw cut and instantly knows how to bring it to life with just the right timing, a touch of humor, and maybe a little bit of chaos? If yes, you might be the editor I’m looking for.

I run a YouTube channel that blends storytelling, art, humor, and personal growth. Some weeks I’m designing a runway fashion look with zero experience, other times I’m deep in a chaotic home renovation or thrifting adventure. Every video is a mini-journey—and I want the audience to feel like they’re right there with me.

What You'll Be Doing

Editing 10–15 minute YouTube videos, and potentially some short-form content (Reels/TikToks)
Working collaboratively from provided footage, story outlines, and sometimes rough cuts
Helping shape the pacing and personality of each video with thoughtful editing, music, and occasional motion graphics or captions
Adding your own creative flair—especially in moments where humor or personality can elevate the story

Ideal Candidate

Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experienced with YouTube and social-first editing styles, but not bound to trends
Great sense of humor, emotional storytelling, and timing

Not just a “cutter”—you bring your voice to the table
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously, but happy to collaborate and brainstorm

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift
