Job Objective:
Manage and enhance the digital presence of the agency and its clients through scheduling, publishing, and optimizing content, combined with persuasive copywriting and automations that improve interaction and conversion.

Main Responsibilities:

Schedule and publish content on social media according to the calendar.
Write copy for:
Scripts for Reels and TikTok
Carousels (short, clear text)
Blogs (articles optimized for basic SEO)
Engaging and persuasive captions
Monitor and interact with the community (comments, messages).
Create automations with ManyChat and quick replies.
Design simple value-driven assets: PDF guides, checklists, short ebooks.
Collaborate with the team to propose content and campaign ideas.
Define brand identity when clients don’t have one (colors, typography, tone).
Develop organic growth and engagement strategies.
Identify and leverage trends to increase reach and followers.
Coordinate with the editor to align content with growth objectives.

ChatGPT / AI tools for writing support
Canva Pro
Trello or similar (task management)
Google Drive and collaborative tools

Knowledge and Skills:

Persuasive copywriting and storytelling
Writing for blogs and social media
Organization and planning of content calendars

Creativity and initiative to propose campaigns and activities
Basic branding for social media
Strategies for virality and engagement
Use of insights and metrics to optimize content

Deliverables and Metrics:

Scheduling and publishing of weekly content according to calendar
Minimum of 3–5 daily posts (can include posts, stories, scheduled reels)
Respond to messages and comments within 24 hours
1–2 downloadable content pieces per month (guides, ebooks)
Initial branding and strategy proposal for new accounts
Monthly growth report (followers, reach, interactions)

Conditions:

Modality: Full-time – remote
Contract based on deliverables and metrics
Monthly payment via PayPal or bank transfer
Initial range: $350 to $500 USD depending on experience
Flexible schedule (while respecting response and posting times)
