Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.
Optimize conversion rates through effective landing page designs and A/B testing.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategies.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI through targeted advertising.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to track metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Oversee social media management by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance online sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
Create compelling copy for various platforms including websites, blogs, and social media posts.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain and update the company website using WordPress to ensure content is current and relevant.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and analytics tools.
Familiarity with Google Ads and experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
High Level of competence in Salesforce
Proficiency in social media management across multiple platforms.
Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies is preferred.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive content.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
Proficient in WordPress for website management and updates.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
