Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms. This role involves developing content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engage with resort guests. The Social Media Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and connecting with our audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content across various formats including text, images, videos and drone footage tailored for different platforms.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, to design visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns.
Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions.
Edit videos for promotional content and social media posts to enhance storytelling.
Update Guests thru our interactive Resort Activities App to keep guests engaged in resort activities and create awareness of things to do in the surrounding area.

Experience

Proven experience or education in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for graphic design tasks.
Strong skills in content creation, video editing and public relations.
Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
Experience with social listening tools to gauge audience engagement and sentiment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
