Curvy Boutique is a growing women’s fashion brand focused on style, confidence, and body positivity. We’re looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach and grow our online presence through strong digital strategy and engaging content.

Position Overview:

We need a Marketing Specialist with a degree in Marketing (or a related field), a creative eye, and strong experience in digital advertising and content creation. You should be confident using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and know how to create scroll-stopping content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
Edit and assemble short-form videos with music, text overlays, graphics, and product links
Write engaging copy for social media, ads, and product promotions
Design visuals using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
Monitor performance metrics and create easy-to-understand reports
Stay current with trends on all major platforms and suggest new content ideas
Collaborate with our team to ensure all marketing aligns with our brand and business goals

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media marketing
Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content for Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts
Strong graphic and video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Creative mindset and a sharp eye for design, trends, and aesthetics
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

Experience in fashion or boutique marketing
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of SEO and email marketing
