Job Summary

We are hiring an Editorial Assistant to support our content and digital marketing efforts. This role involves a mix of content creation, fact checking, social media management, and miscellaneous tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), strong writing skills, and impeccable attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Support: Assist in writing, proofreading, and fact checking blogs, newsletters, video scripts, calendar content, and educational materials.
Research: Conduct research on DEI topics, emerging trends, and industry best practices to inform content and campaigns.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts across platforms, engage with followers, and track performance.
Marketing Campaigns: Support email campaigns by creating copy, designing basic visuals (with templates), and segmenting audiences.
Metrics and Reporting: Assist in tracking analytics for content performance and marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.

Skills and Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent writing, researching, proofreading, and fact checking skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including email campaigns and social media.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
