I’m launching a YouTube channel (and posting on Instagram too) and need a creative video editor to help make it pop! It’s just me running the show, and I haven’t posted any videos yet, so you’ll be helping build this from the ground up. Pay is per video, and I’m looking for someone with a bold vision who can work independently.

The primary genre is hiking / travel content. I have a backlog of several years.

What You’ll Do

Edit awesome videos for YouTube and Instagram that grab attention.
Work with me to brainstorm ideas and create a unique vibe for the channel.
Add music, effects, and graphics to make raw footage shine.
Meet deadlines and keep videos on-brand for each platform.

What You Need

Experience editing videos, with a portfolio or links to your work.
Skills in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
A creative spark and ability to take initiative.
Knowledge of YouTube and Instagram trends.
Bonus if you’ve got motion graphics or animation skills.

Pay

Paid per video, rates TBD based on video length and complexity.
