About the Role

We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our growing Delivery team during a maternity leave coverage period. This temporary position offers the potential to become permanent as our company continues to grow. You will create compelling, conversion-focused content that helps career schools and higher education institutions connect with their ideal students.

As our Copywriter, you will craft engaging website content, informative blog posts and persuasive landing pages, that drive enrollment results for our diverse client base in the education sector.

Your Responsibilities:

- Website Content: Create clear, compelling website copy that communicates each school's unique value proposition and program benefits.

- Blog Writing: Develop informative, SEO-optimized blog posts that attract prospective students and showcase institutional expertise.

- Landing Page Copy: Write conversion-focused landing page content that turns visitors into leads and applicants.

- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure all copy aligns with client goals and brand voice.

- Research & Understanding: Quickly absorb information about different educational programs, target audiences and institutional cultures.

- Quality Assurance: Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency across all deliverables.

- Client Collaboration: Work with account teams to understand client requirements and incorporate feedback effectively.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills

- Portfolio or samples demonstrating versatility in web copy, blog posts and marketing content

- Able to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into accessible, engaging content

- Strong research skills and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and institutions

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and asking clarifying questions

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently

- A growth mindset that embraces feedback and continuous improvement

- Enjoys working as part of a team, but is also comfortable working independently

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects

- Self-starter, highly organized with the ability to prioritize time between multiple clients and tasks

- Writing for the education sector (career schools, colleges, universities)

- WordPress experience

- SEO writing and optimization techniques

- Marketing copy that drives lead generation and conversions

- Working with multiple clients or in an agency environment.

- Experience using AI tools to enhance your writing process and content quality

- Comfortable integrating AI workflows into your daily content creation

- Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
