Overview:
The Social Media & Content Strategist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of content strategies across all digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media, email marketing, and engagement. This role bridges creative and analytical functions to drive brand growth, engagement, and customer retention. The individual will collaborate with the Content Creator, Client Acquisition Specialist, and third-party agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation & Strategy:
Develop and maintain a content calendar, including social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.
Brainstorm creative concepts for campaigns, aligning with brand goals and audience needs.
Collaborate with the Content Creator for visually compelling designs and videos.
Social Media Management:
Oversee content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies for growth and reach.
Build community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back).
Work with tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp to design, execute, and analyze campaigns.
Optimize email content and layout to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Plan and execute marketing promotion strategy - ie. monthly giveaways, EOY gifts, holiday promos, etc.
Brand Engagement:
Increase online presence through innovative engagement strategies.
Manage Google Reviews and online brand mentions, responding promptly to feedback.
Work closely with the Client Acquisition Specialist to align content with lead generation efforts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report on content and campaign performance (social media, email, blogs).
Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, email open rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights to improve strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media, email marketing, or content strategy.
Proficiency in tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
