About the Role

As a Social Media and Digital Content Specialist, you will create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and drive customer engagement through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in shaping the Firmwerx brand, attracting new clients, and enhancing our reputation as a premier provider of professional services.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to align with Firmwerx’s business objectives.
Creating, curating, and managing engaging content, including articles, posts, graphics, and video, tailored to business audiences.
Conducting research and drafting business-focused articles and thought leadership pieces to position Firmwerx as an industry expert.
Monitoring social media channels for customer engagement opportunities, responding professionally to inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with our audience.
Utilizing AI tools and technologies to generate content ideas, optimize workflows, and enhance marketing strategies.
Conducting keyword research and implementing advanced SEO techniques to improve search rankings, increase website traffic, and maximize content visibility.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice, values, and goals.
Analyzing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of AI technologies and tools for content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, or similar).
Demonstrated expertise in SEO best practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft professional, engaging, and error-free content.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and generating actionable insights.
