We provide expert guidance to help our clients navigate the complexities of government funding opportunities. Gallium Solutions is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to develop compelling and persuasive proposals for government grants and contracts on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing abilities, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and familiarity with government contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Participate in project kick-off meetings alongside clients and Gallium Solutions Client Leads to define strategy and key proposal elements.
Craft coherent and persuasive arguments for proposals, adhering to solicitation requirements and Gallium Solutions’ templates and style guide.
Collaborate with the proposal team to ensure the timely and accurate submission of proposals.
Organize and manage client folders and project templates.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Location: anywhere in the US, this is a remote position
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Highly organized with the ability to adapt to various proposal requirements.
Self-motivated with the capability to manage workloads and schedules with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Proficient in remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms.
Reliable access to a computer, webcam, high-speed internet connection, and a dedicated workspace.
Quick to grasp new concepts and technologies of a highly technical nature and communicate them for a diverse, varying audience.

Desired Skills:

Experience with government agencies and government contracting.
Background in proposal writing or grant writing.

Additional Information:

This position is 100% remote.
Preference given to veterans or military spouses
The role is a 1099 part-time role, with the potential for increased hours and transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
