Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Create engaging, eye-catching content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that highlights our services, promotions, and patient success stories.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with our team to promote events, special offers, and patient education.

Stay updated on social media trends and tools to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media marketing (portfolio or examples of previous work required).

Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (paid ad experience is a plus).

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.

Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
