Short Form Video Editor (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) – Viral + Cinematic Style

Job Description:

GetLoud is looking for a story-driven, creative Short Form Video Editor who knows how to make content go viral and look premium. You’ll be editing scroll-stopping short-form videos (15–90 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — with a mix of styles: Fast-paced, retention-optimized content (MrBeast, Ryan Trahan, Alex Hormozi) Cinematic, luxury content for high-end clients like yacht brokers, real estate agents, and luxury service brands This is a remote freelance/part-time role with long-term opportunity and consistent high-volume work — 150 edited videos per month.

Responsibilities:

Edit 150 short-form videos per month (15–90 seconds each) Create videos that hook in the first 1–3 seconds and maintain high viewer retention Adapt editing style depending on the client’s brand (viral, educational, cinematic, luxury) Add dynamic captions, zooms, sfx, b-roll, transitions, and meme-style overlays when needed Deliver cinematic edits for high-end content while keeping it engaging and platform-native Collaborate with our team to follow brand guides, formats, and deadlines

Requirements:

Strong portfolio of short-form content (TikToks, Reels, or Shorts) Ability to edit for retention, pacing, and scroll-stopping hooks Understanding of cinematic flow and visual storytelling for luxury brands Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro Organized, efficient, and able to handle high-volume editing Bonus: experience with motion graphics, captions, or color grading

Content Types You'll Be Editing:

Personal brand & influencer content Real estate walk-throughs, yacht features, and cinematic product promos Behind-the-scenes storytelling, interviews, skits, challenges, & hooks-first talking heads Goal: Make every video instantly engaging, retain viewers to the end, and convert into follows or shares.

Compensation:

Flat monthly rate based on 75 edited videos Bonus incentives available for high-performing content.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per week

10 hour shift
4 hour shift
