Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email banners, and website updates.
Social Media Management: Maintain and update our social media profiles by creating and scheduling weekly posts, engaging with followers, managing PPC, and analyzing performance metrics.
Email Marketing: Assist in crafting email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and managing subscriber lists to be sent weekly or monthly.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Event Support: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and community events.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics and materials for marketing collateral and promotional materials. Take new pictures to be used in marketing material.
SEO and Website Optimization: Support the optimization of our website for search engines and user experience. Includes monthly meetings with outside vendor.
Manage Google (and other) Business Profiles
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed recommendations and adjustments.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Contact customers to get 5-star Google reviews
Internal Communications: manage internal display ads, quarterly company newsletters, SharePoint homepage and E-Board content,

Qualifications

Proven experience (either through Education/Degree or previous work) in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.

Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO best practices is desirable.

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
