Key Qualifications

 Native-level fluency in Latin American Spanish and excellent proficiency in English.

 Proven experience in localization editing, translation, and transcreation.

 Strong content editing and writing skills with attention to tone, consistency, and

cultural adaptation.

 Hands-on experience with Trados or other CAT tools.

 Familiarity with local cultures across Latin America.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong analytical thinking and independent decision-making abilities.

 Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.

 Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

 Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD in Linguistics, Translation, or a related

field preferred.

 Previous experience in teaching, localization, or editorial roles is a plus.
