Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse and performance-minded strategist to fill the role of Lead Content Creator & Digital Marketing Manager. If you can shoot, edit, post, promote, and scale content that turns heads—and also build funnels that convert viewers into customers—this is your dream job.

This role is for someone who’s just as comfortable behind a camera as they are inside Ads Manager, and who lives for testing bold ideas, tracking results, and driving real growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that builds brand and drives traffic
Manage and scale paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
Build and optimize lead funnels and landing pages for conversions
Drive 200+ booked digital leads per month
Grow and manage our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Promote 4+ podcast episodes monthly and scale total view/listen reach
Report weekly on KPIs and submit detailed monthly performance recaps

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

Are a creative executor with strong instincts for storytelling, hooks, and visual content
Know how to film, photograph, and edit content in-house
Have basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to create brand-consistent materials
Understand digital ad platforms and how to turn content into leads
Are obsessed with improving performance through testing and iteration
Love working in a fast-paced, high-growth company where you own the results

Minimum Requirements

3–5+ years in digital marketing or content production
OR equivalent hands-on experience with a strong content/ad portfolio (recent grads welcome!)
Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads
Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Basic photography and lighting knowledge
Familiar with building and managing lead funnels
Strong communication and organization skills
Portfolio or examples of previous content/campaign success highly encouraged
