Responsibilities

Collaborate with business lines and stakeholders to create and implement digital content strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement.
Work with team members to bring the content vision to life across multiple corporate websites.
Develop scalable content approaches that can be leveraged across the organization.
Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and tone.
Update branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies as needed.
Work cross-functionally with product marketing, external agencies, designers, UX, SEO analysts, and other partners to create meaningful content.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, Communications, Library Science, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of content strategy principles and digital best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Effective time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Agility in thinking and delivery, with a proven ability to follow direction in support of company goals.
Comfortable working with new Gen AI platforms for content generation.
Experience in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills

Three years of experience in financial services, banking, or Fintech, with knowledge of payment processing products and services.
8+ years of experience in content strategy.
Proficiency with the Adobe suite of products.
Ability to add and edit content within FIGMA.
Experience working in agile methodology and/or within a journey team.
