Job Description:

Hughes Tank is a National manufacturer of Steel Storage Tanks for the Oil & Gas industries located in Venus TX. This is a Part-Time position that can lead into a full-time position.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will work in our Venus TX. Location 2-3 days per week (NO REMOTE WORK). Please provide a resume as well as a LinkedIn link to your page to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Funnel Management: Develop and optimize sales funnels, incorporating CRM strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
Brand Development: Assist in creating and maintaining a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
Website Development: Collaborate on website updates, ensuring an engaging user experience and alignment with our branding.
SEO Strategy: Implement and manage SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
E-commerce Management: Assist in the development and management of our e-commerce platform, enhancing online sales opportunities.
Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including sales funnels, CRM integration, and branding.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and analytics software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
