Job Description:

Are you a creative force who knows how to turn everyday content into scroll-stopping visuals, viral videos, and engaging storytelling? We’re looking for a versatile Content & Marketing Strategist to help elevate the online presence of a small group of entrepreneurs and business owners across different industries.

We each run unique businesses—from finance and coaching to wellness and lifestyle brands—and are looking for one creative marketing rockstar who can support us collectively in a flexible, multi-client hybrid role (approximately 10 hours per week per brand, potentially scaling to 30–40 hours).

This is your opportunity to work with passionate founders, build dynamic digital campaigns, and grow multiple brands at once.

Responsibilities:

Repackage and repurpose existing content (video, podcast, written) into engaging social media posts, reels, and graphics
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies and content calendars tailored to each business
Create, design, and edit content for social media, email marketing, and ad campaigns
Batch content for efficiency and consistent storytelling across platforms
Manage and optimize basic ad campaigns (bonus)
Maintain brand voice and tone for each individual business
Provide performance insights and data for content engagement (optional but preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

A multi-talented creative who loves both strategy and storytelling
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Strong graphic design and video editing skills
Great with content flow, batching, and repurposing
Comfortable working with 3–4 brands simultaneously in a collaborative environment
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Bonus: Experience running paid ad campaigns on Instagram/Facebook or TikTok

Compensation:

Hourly/Contract — Based on experience and skill set. Opportunity for ongoing and expanded work with multiple entrepreneurs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
