We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team and help us share our vision with the world through engaging, faith-centered digital content.

Role Overview

The Digital Content Specialist will play a vital role in communicating the mission and vision of Jewish Voice Ministries International. By creating impactful content for digital platforms, your work will help amplify our message, strengthen our connection with donors, and inspire them to grow in their faith.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for creating faith-based, Biblical digital content that shares the mission of Jewish Voice Ministries International. This role is primarily responsible for developing content for social media and brand awareness campaigns and supports the marketing team in content creation for all digital channels and various communications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, theology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital content creation, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a ministry or nonprofit setting.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to express biblical themes and faith-based messages clearly and effectively.
Understanding of SEO principles and social media best practices.
Familiarity with digital tools, including social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite), email marketing software, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Intermediate to expert skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Intermediate graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience or certification in Meta Business or Social Media Management preferred.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and confidential environment.
Ability to overcome obstacles with a proven track record of creating innovative solutions.
Detail oriented with strong follow through.
Video editing for web/social media a plus.

TOP 5 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Produce Biblically grounded, faith-based digital content for JVMI and Love Your Jewish Neighbor including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, as well as blog posts, email campaigns, or content to support digital marketing campaigns.

Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns that engage audiences, encourage spiritual growth, and create awareness about the ministry’s impact.

Monitors, tracks, and responds to comments and discussions on social media channels takin action to protect Jewish Voice Ministries image when negative discussions/conversations begin to arise.

Develop and maintain a 12-month integrated social media content calendar.

Provide monthly analytics report showing effectiveness of social content and digital content strategies.
