We’ve nailed operations, manufacturing, and fulfillment — now we’re building a content engine to help us scale to the next level. That’s where you come in.

Your Role

As the Growth Content Lead, your mission is to turn our product, customer love, and brand story into high-performing video content — and build the system that consistently delivers it at scale. You’ll own ideation, production, testing, iteration, and reporting across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a weekly content pipeline: 10–20 core concepts → 50–100+ video variants
Brief, manage, and collaborate with in-house and freelance editors
Track ad creative performance (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and optimize weekly
Develop new hooks, formats, and ideas based on customer insights and metrics
Manage scheduling and posting across TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook
Build and maintain systems for file naming, asset organization, tagging, and reuse
Own creative testing inside Meta Ads Manager or coordinate with performance team
Lead weekly reviews: analyze wins/losses and prioritize next tests
Coordinate UGC creators, customer testimonials, and in-house content shoots

What You Bring

Proven experience producing or managing 30+ performance creatives/week
Deep understanding of content that converts: hooks, scroll-stoppers, story arcs
Familiar with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads especially) and performance metrics
Skilled at briefing editors and giving clear, fast feedback
Comfortable with tools like Airtable, Motion, Dropbox, Notion, Frame.io
Bias for speed, ownership, and scrappy execution
(Bonus) Has worked in DTC, skincare, wellness, or eCom brands before

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,110.86 - $66,370.07 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
