Job Title: Part-Time Video Editor

About Us: We are a dynamic and innovative real estate education company, dedicated to creating engaging and captivating content across various social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more. We are looking for a creative and skilled video editor to join our team part-time to help transform our raw footage into compelling videos that drive engagement and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into high-quality videos suitable for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and others.
Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand’s voice and vision.
Apply creative editing techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
Ensure videos are optimized for each platform, considering format, resolution, and audience preferences.
Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and other elements to enhance the overall production quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing and social media to create relevant and captivating content.
Manage and organize video assets and project files efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio showcasing previous work, especially for social media content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of the unique requirements and trends of various social media platforms.
Creative acumen and a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing and engaging videos.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
This will be a 1099 position.
