Position Overview

As our Senior Copywriter, you'll be at the heartbeat of our messaging. We want you to paint with words across a canvas of diverse mediums and audiences. You'll have the creative liberty to delve into a range of projects – we thrive on versatility!

Key Responsibilities

Beginning-to-End Execution: From building a comprehensive brand narrative and messaging guidelines to thought leadership pieces and drip email campaigns, you can confidently complete the process from concept to execution with deep thoughtfulness and big picture thinking.
Multi-Stage Client Engagement Content: Craft sales conversion material, subscriber education tools, and powerful branding narratives.
Email & SMS Campaigns: Add your magic to emails/texts, including promotions, onboarding sequences, and subscriber education, with an eagle eye’s attention to impactful messaging.
Blogs/Articles: Keep content calendars buzzing with SEO-optimized pieces, thought leadership, and unique POVs.
Ad Copy & More: Dive into the world of whitepapers, brand narratives, positioning statements, and executive messaging.
Task Management: Stay on top of your game! Prioritize, execute, and consistently deliver A+ work through well-honed writing, and especially self-editing, processes.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Content and Design Teams to ensure cohesive, compelling, and high-converting content.

A minimum of 10 years creating brilliant content across multiple channels and formats.
A portfolio that'll make us drop our coffee in amazement.
A sharp sensibility for what makes interesting and engaging writing—and the process to repeat it consistently.
A deeply creative thinker who loves getting into the nuances of messaging, structure, and tone.
Audience insight & empathy: the ability to step into the shoes of our clients and their audiences to craft emotionally resonant messages that inspire meaningful action and foster deep connections.
Experience leading brand discovery processes—including stakeholder interviews, competitive landscape analysis, and customer research—to develop foundational brand narratives and messaging frameworks from scratch.
Strong views on the Oxford comma - yes, let's get nerdy!
A near-obsessive passion for email marketing content and structure.
Flexibility to switch between mediums - from blogs today to video scripts tomorrow, all with equal passion and skill!
