National Testing Network is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Marketing Assistant to support the execution and optimization of marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role requires a self-starter who can manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks without constant reminders, solve problems independently, and consistently uphold high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills, critical thinking, and the ability to juggle a wide range of ongoing marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and digital channels
Maintain and implement content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others
Utilize Metricool or similar scheduling platforms for consistent content delivery
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions
Design and produce basic graphics and multimedia content using the Adobe Suite or similar tools
Maintain and update target contact lists in Constant Contact and spreadsheets, including email bouncebacks, unsubscribes, and retirements
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all platforms and marketing materials
Collaborate with internal departments to pass leads and ensure messaging alignment
Represent the marketing team at local and virtual events as needed
Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
Follow instructions clearly and ask for clarification when necessary
Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
3+ years experience in marketing, including social media and email marketing
3+ years experience in graphic design for marketing (portfolio required)
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and file type conversion
Experience using Constant Contact, Metricool, and CRM tools
Demonstrated experience in copywriting, content creation, and content management systems
Proven ability to manage recurring tasks independently and maintain consistency and quality
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills—able to work without hand-holding
Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to collaborate across teams, work independently, and drive initiatives forward
Experience in data entry; supervisory or management experience a plus
Familiarity with branding, style guides, and performance metrics
Comfortable with both creative and analytical aspects of marketing
