Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to create engaging videos for YouTube. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content on a regular basis that aligns with our brand and services as a contractor to local neighborhoods in Kansas and Missouri.

Duties

Required to post 3 Youtube videos per week (5-10 min long max)
Develop smaller reels/ shorts for sharing on YT Shorts (20-30 seconds long)
Edit videos with creative flair and different target audience in mind.
Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement on digital platforms.
Research on trends and popular topics to align content with actionable marketing plans

Skills

Ideal Candidate: Strong experience editing YouTube & short-form video content (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Storytelling and script writing for captivating audiences with curiosity to follow and subscribe more
Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information into clear, engaging narratives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
Have a friendly and energetic character

Bonus

Have existing follower base already
Have own software to do video editing, trimming and transition animations.
If you have a Degree in Digital Marketing or experience in that line of work

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
