Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and creative Video and Photo Editor to join our growing team. If you excel at working on multiple projects without missing a beat and have a passion for crafting stunning visual stories, we want to hear from you! This role requires a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment and can balance video post-production (70%) with photo editing (30%). The best thing, this is 100% remote!

That being said, we are expecting you to have reliable internet and communication, as you’ll collaborate closely with our videographers, photographers, and creative team to transform raw footage into engaging content that resonates with our clients and upholds our brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing (70%)

Edit and enhance video content for promotional campaigns, social media, and branding projects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
Incorporate dynamic motion graphics and animations using software like Adobe After Effects to elevate visual storytelling.

Photo Editing (30%)

Retouch and enhance photos to align with creative briefs and maintain a polished, professional look.
Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom to ensure brand consistency across all photo assets.

Creative Collaboration & Asset Management

Collaborate with the creative team to align with project goals, timelines, and creative direction.
Organize and manage digital assets for seamless project workflows using cloud storage platforms or FTP.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, software updates, and editing techniques to keep our content cutting-edge.

Requirements

Video Editing Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
Motion Graphics Skills: Experience creating eye-catching 2D animations and effects using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
Photo Editing Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other editing software for retouching and enhancing images.
Post-Production Expertise: Strong understanding of color grading, audio synchronization, and post-production workflows.
Digital Asset Management: Familiarity with tools for organizing and storing assets efficiently.
Time Management & Reliability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with a team and interpret client feedback accurately.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing video and photo editing work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) for creating marketing visuals.
Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and optimizing content for each.
