Position Description
recteq is seeking a talented Culinary Content Specialist to become a key face of the brand — creating branded content, leading product demos, driving brand activations, developing recipes, and more. We're looking for a dynamic culinary professional who is as comfortable behind the grill as they are in front of the camera.

Based at our headquarters in Evans, GA, and reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will join a fast-paced, growing team focused on building awareness and engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a true hybrid — part content creator, part executive chef, and part culinary instructor — with the ability to connect authentically with the recteq community. Success in this role will require creativity, agility, and a deep passion for both food and storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and produce engaging culinary content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the recteq website, staying in touch with cultural trends and algorithm changes to maximize impact

· Create innovative, easy-to-follow recipes that showcase recteq products and drive consumer interest

· Actively engage with followers and consumers across social platforms by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering community interaction

· Host product centric demos and instructional content for recteq and retail partner channels

· Utilize TikTok and Instagram Reels to create fun, eye-catching cooking content that increases visibility and brand awareness

· Lead hands-on instruction and demonstrations at recteq Academy classes, building brand loyalty and long-term connections with attendees

· Represent recteq at retailer events, providing live cooking experiences and engaging with potential customers

· Work with marketing production team to develop content, provide new product feedback, and address potential gaps in consumer communications

· Engage cross functionally to support broader company goals, campaigns, and customer experience

Job Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent degree

· 5+ years of culinary experience, with preference for some form of formal training

· Experience developing and starring in social content on brand or personal channel

· Experience writing recipes and developing new ways to prepare both common and uncommon dishes

· Understanding of basic Microsoft office tools – Outlook, PowerPoint – as well as slack

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

· The business savvy to understand retailers, internal cross functional teams and executives

· Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment with a “can-do” and go-getter attitude

*Frequent travel required
