About The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas, and take

our brand and social media to new heights.

As of now we have 10,000 followers on instagram and our account reached 1,000,000 in the last 30 days. Now, we believe we can do 10x better!

This is an in person work role (4 days in person in our Austin, Texas office, 1 day remote) where you’ll be

the brains behind Relive positioning across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

You'll work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO, Jose Costa Rodrigues — a high-energy leader passionate about using content to craft narratives, tell compelling stories, and share powerful messages with the world.

The team also includes our full time creators, Luke (videographer/creative director) and Carlos (content editor) focused on creating engaging content and campaigns.

Position:

Marketing and Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

Location:

Austin, TX (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Responsibilities:

Grow and engage our social community: own Relive’s social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn to dramatically grow our following and engagement.

Monitor analytics and trends to optimize engagement and reach.

Content creation & coordination: Work hand-in-hand with our CEO (Jose) and creative team (Luke and Carlos) to plan, produce and post a variety of awesome content – everything from trendy apartment tours and single-family home spotlights to luxury mansion walkthroughs, tiny home/RV living features, awesome neighborhoods, new construction sneak peeks and content collabs with our agents and clients. You’ll ensure our content is fresh, on-brand, and consistently delivered.

Social storytelling: Help tell the Relive story in a way that resonates. Highlight our culture, tech innovation, and commitment to our agents and clients through behind-the-scenes posts and creative storytelling. Showcase the humans behind the brand – our top-producing agents, new team members, and the everyday moments that make Relive special.

Influencer & community partnerships: Develop partnerships with local influencers, creators, and relevant communities to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Coordinate co-branded content or events that get people talking about Relive.

Agent-generated content: Coordinate and amplify content from our real estate agents. For example, promote a top producer’s tips, welcome a new agent with a fun intro post, or celebrate agent milestones and client success stories. You’ll turn our team into relatable online personalities.

Collaborate on campaigns: Work alongside our performance marketing team on broader campaigns and paid brand initiatives. Ensure our social media efforts complement ongoing marketing investments (ads, events, etc.), and bring creative ideas to multi-channel campaigns.

Community engagement: Engage with our followers daily – respond to comments and DMs, spark conversations, and cultivate a loyal community that loves Relive. You’ll be our eyes and ears, keeping pulse on what our audience cares about.

Who You Are:

Social media native: You’re a Gen Z or Millennial (or just totally in tune with that culture) who lives and breathes social media. TikTok trends, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts – you know them inside out, and you’re always ahead of the curve on what’s next.

Creative storyteller: You have a flair for content creation – whether it’s crafting a witty caption, brainstorming a viral video idea, or polishing a LinkedIn post. You know how to make a brand’s voice fun, fresh, and authentic without being corporate.

Strategic & data-driven: You love digging into the numbers to gauge what’s working. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a big plus. You base decisions on insights and aren’t afraid to experiment to improve results.

Organized multitasker: Managing a content calendar, multiple platforms, and collaborating with various people excites you (rather than overwhelms you). You can juggle projects and keep things running smoothly, all with an upbeat attitude.

Collaborative spirit: You communicate well and thrive in a team. You’ll be working with our CEO, videographer, editor, agents, and marketing folks – you know how to coordinate, listen to ideas, and also inject your own creativity to elevate the end product.

Passionate about our space: Maybe you’re a bit of an entrepreneur yourself, a real estate/design enthusiast, or maybe you just love the idea of helping young people find homes. Either way, you’re excited about our content (homes, apartments, lifestyle) and the chance to innovate in real estate marketing.

Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content marketing, or a related field.

You’ve managed brand accounts or grown communities before – show us what you’ve done! (If you’ve built a personal TikTok or Instagram following, that counts too.)

Austin-ready: You either live in the Austin, TX area or are willing to relocate ASAP. You’re excited to be on-site with the team most of the week, capturing content around the city and in our office, travelling when needed, while enjoying the flexibility of one remote day per week.
