We’re looking for a sharp, fast-turnaround freelance writer to cover retail, consumer, and brand news stories. You must be able to demonstrate past performance with articles that have driven significant traffic and engagement (such as 10K+ views per article).

Requirements:

Experience writing news-style content with strong headlines and clear angles
Proven ability to generate traffic—must provide links or screenshots with performance metrics
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, WordPress
Able to pitch and turn around stories quickly (24–48 hour turnaround)
Strong understanding of trending consumer behavior, retail industry, store closings, product launches, etc.

Nice to Have:

Retail or CPG industry knowledge
Access to your own data tools

As for the pay, we operate on a performance-based system, where the ad revenue is shared with our writers. There will be a base pay per article during the trial period, but we will be moving you to the revenue share model.
