Required Skill Set

Outstanding project management and prioritization skills, with experience leading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives.
Direct experience working on inbound and content marketing initiatives.
Experience in developing and managing budgets for marketing projects.
Manage resources, including content writers, graphic designers, web developers, and outside marketing vendors.
This is a remote working position, and you must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work quality.
5-10 years of experience in brand and creative marketing, including experience leading a team of high-performing professionals.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall marketing program, including planning, development, and execution.
Be the lead champion and architect of the brand and ensure consistency across all brand assets.
Evaluate effectiveness and determine relevant metrics, identify and implement improvements.
Manage content writers, graphics designers, and additional resources as required.
Oversee the management of our web presence and provide direction for continuous improvement.
Lead the creation of impactful corporate-level assets to tell our story and drive awareness in our marketplace.
Collaborate with sales, consulting, and management on a content strategy and execute that strategy.

Experience

As the Director of Marketing, you will manage the overall marketing process to provide a full range of marketing services, including lead generation, branding, advertising, website content, graphic design, and multimedia development.

Specific focus on establishing a company blog - development and executing website editorial strategy, overseeing content production, and all other publishing efforts
Develop a marketing strategy to increase market awareness for Securion's brand.
Ensuring effective branded marketing communications, including the website, print and digital communication, and advertising.
Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.
Participates in department projects and performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Marketing emphasis preferred;
4-7 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $103,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
