Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Co-ordinater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales entry and orders. Hands on picture taking, making material and social media. Will entail occasional travel for tradeshows.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality copywriting that resonates with our audience.
Utilize SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
Lead the creation of engaging promotional materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the marketing space.

Experience

Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within a related industry.
Strong skills in research methodologies to gather insights on market conditions and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in copywriting with a focus on creating compelling content that drives engagement.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytical tools for performance tracking.
Experience in performance marketing strategies that yield measurable results.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing digital content.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
