Description

As a Content Creator within R&D Quality, you will be responsible for partnering with Instructional designers, process owners and Subject Matter Experts to create engaging, effective, and innovative learning materials and assessments that support materials for a regulated industry, ensuring appropriate knowledge transfer occurs within the relevant functions.
Experience, Competencies & Skills

BS/BA degree required.
Advanced degree or experience in instructional design techniques and adult learning principles highly desired
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing learning programs for pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device companies.
Experience using instructional design tools to create eLearning content (e.g. Articulate 360, RISE, Storyline, etc.)
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard learning programs.
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GxP)
Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it.
Must be able to effectively work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Licenses, Certifications
Instructional Design Certification is desirable but not necessary.
