Responsibilities

Write clear, concise, and compelling articles that adhere to the organization's style guide.
Perform fact-checking to ensure accuracy in all published content.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos to accompany stories when necessary.
Conduct interviews with relevant subjects to gather insights and quotes for articles.
Edit copy for clarity, grammar, and style before publication.
Collaborate with editors and other reporters to develop story ideas and coverage plans.
Stay updated on current events and trends to provide timely reporting on relevant issues.
Utilize social media platforms to share stories and engage with the audience effectively.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficient in fact-checking techniques to ensure the integrity of reported information.
Experience in photography and videography to enhance storytelling through visual media.
Excellent copywriting skills that reflect a strong command of language and style.
