Using a mix of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, and content, we attract millions of users to client sites each year, generating millions in organic revenue for clients. tiptop’s clients are a mix of eCommerce, D2C brands, B2B, and SaaS companies. By working with a narrower group of clients, we have a high level of retention, having built trust by getting results and simply doing what we said we’d do.

The role of Content Marketer provides an opportunity to grow in many lanes. You’ll learn a lot, build expertise, and be able to accelerate your career in this vertical of digital marketing. As part of our team, you will receive ongoing mentorship from seasoned digital marketers and engage in projects that yield measurable results for our clients, contributing significantly to their success.

The starting salary is $40k. tiptop is looking for someone who desires to do great work, grow professionally, and be part of a team that values innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities

The role of Content Marketer requires someone who can craft compelling written content, learn to skillfully apply SEO best practices, and manage diverse content projects in a collaborative team environment.

Content creation: Writing and editing using SEO best practices will make up most of this role.

This includes:

● 50% content writing for B2B and B2C client blogs (8-10 posts per month)

● 25% content creation for clients' solution pages, product collections, or landing pages

● 25% revision and optimization of content from clients or contract writers

Content planning and strategy: In addition to writing, you’ll also learn how to develop a content calendar for different types of clients.

SEO and analytics: You will learn to use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush in content development and creation.

Project management: While we’re a small team, there are many moving parts between internal, contract, and client teams. Good project management and collaboration are necessary.

● Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

● Comfortable learning and using various CMS (Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot)
