As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and promotion of our events. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that effectively engage our target audience and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote events through various channels.
Create engaging content for event promotions, including copywriting for flyers, social media posts, and website updates.
Help manage event registration, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
Assist in sourcing and coordinating event materials and promotional items.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for enhancing event experiences.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for future events.
Maintain organizational systems for event documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
