Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand's values, culinary vision, and marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and integrate them seamlessly into our social media content.

Creative Direction and Visual Storytelling:

Lead the creative ideation and direction for all social media platforms, ensuring the visual storytelling captures the essence of our brand and product offerings.
Conceptualize and execute captivating scriptwriting, visual content, including photos, videos, cinemagraphs, and animations, that engage and excite our audience.

Food Videography and Styling:

Oversee food videography and styling, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and aesthetics are met in all visual content.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure our imagery remains fresh and relevant.

Brand Consistency and Voice:

Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels, ensuring our messaging aligns with our brand ethos and resonates with our target audience.

Team Collaboration:

Work daily with a creative team of designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to elevate their creative skills.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Monitor social media metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
Analyze data to optimize content strategies, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience (5+ years) in social media marketing, content creation, and creative direction (within the food industry is a major plus).
Outstanding creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics, visual composition, and food styling.
Strong food photography and video production skills, with a portfolio showcasing past work in the food industry.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative efforts with business objectives.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices in the food industry.
Passion for food, culinary trends, and a deep appreciation for food presentation and culture.

Remote work qualifications

Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
Access to a home router and modem.
A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
