WCTA is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead, develop, and execute marketing and advertising strategies. This role involves planning and coordinating all marketing efforts and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and brand positioning.

· Sales Enablement: Collaborate within sales to develop effective tools and materials that provide marketing support for sales efforts.

· Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.

· Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing culture.

· Customer Experience: Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing initiatives and customer relationship management.

· Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

· Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on marketing performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

· 3+ years of experience in a marketing role preferred.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.

· Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics software.

Compensation:

Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

In-office with some travel locally and out of state based upon company needs, customer events, meetings, and industry conferences.
