Position Overview:
As a Marketing, Design and Content Creator at North American Fire Protection, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our services, enhance our online presence, and engage our target audience. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, design and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to effectively promote our services and increase brand awareness.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content and regular updates.
- Content Marketing: Create high-quality, compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Website Improvements: Collaborate with web developers to enhance the user experience and functionality of our website.
- Trade Show Booth and Collateral: Design and create eye-catching trade show booths and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our brand and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience in marketing, design and/or content creation.
- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of E-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CSS, HTML5, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and website analytics tools.
- Experience in photography and visual content creation is a plus
