Description:
Brascia Builders Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Commercial Construction company; as a marketing coordinator, you will have an exciting opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the overall visual identity of our organization. This is a hands-on role where you collaborate with our Vice President of Business Development and Marketing to create visually stunning designs for print and digital platforms. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Brascia’s VP of Business Development & Marketing and the Director of BD to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other thought leadership collateral aligned with brand standards
- Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities, with a critical emphasis on graphic design capabilities
- Posting and managing Brascia’s digital presence on social mediao Ensuring Brascia Builder’s brand consistency across all mediums
- Perform multiple marketing efforts against deadlines
- Learn and understand Brascia's portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities
- Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems
- Maintain CRM system
- Work closely with other leadership team members to complete special projects and elevate the quality of our efforts
- Perform some administrative duties: data entry, scheduling, misc. office support as needed
Requirements:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate
- Mastery of InDesign is a must
- Experience with SEO, digital branding across various social media platforms
- Creative and impactful graphic design skills, including creating compelling presentations and marketing collateral
- Strong creative writing skills, keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and intra-personal skills and a great collaborator
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- HubSpot, experience, and training preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $31,200.00 - $46,800.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
