Job Summary
The Education Manager is responsible for supporting the Education team in conceptualizing, building, and implementing all Education initiatives for Internal Sales Teams, Department Store, and Sephora. Assisting in the development of Digital Learning Platforms and support in build out of future iterations and extensions. Assistance in creating, editing, and optimizing video educational content. Collaborating on projects cross functionally and seeing opportunities in an ever-evolving retail landscape. Working closely with the Senior Education Manager on the development of key training and educational strategies. This individual must motivated, passionate about skincare and the beauty space, have exceptional organizational skills and a no job is too big or too small mentality
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create engaging, concise and creative educational and training content.
- Edit & Optimize video content for education.
- Create content for, as well as review and edit Digital Learning materials.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment and support.
- Develop key educational strategies to strengthen and support the client experience.
- Create and implement dynamic training materials and educational content.
- Plan, attend, participate in department meetings and conference calls.
- Plan and maintain rapidly changing education calendars and agendas.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years Luxury & Sephora skincare education experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Video creation experience (script writing/editing) preferred.
- Bilingual; Spanish and English a plus (not required)
- BA or higher degree required.
