Responsibilities Include:
- Branded Storytelling: Build aspirational, lifestyle-driven content that creates an emotional connection with our fashion-forward jewelry audience.
- Trend Integration: Stay ahead of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends, turning hot topics into viral-worthy content for our brand.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to seamlessly execute multi-platform campaigns for product launches and promotions.
- Brand Voice Builder: Refine and develop Sassy Jones’ signature tone and aesthetic to create a recognizable and aspirational brand identity.
- Authentic Content Creation: Capture behind-the-scenes magic, user-generated content, and product reveals that build trust and connection with our audience.
- User-Centered Strategy: Listen to customer feedback and integrate insights into content strategies that drive engagement and elevate the user experience.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy for fast fashion, consumer brands, or similar high-energy industries.
- Proven success growing platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with engaging, data-driven strategies.
- Content creation expertise, including hands-on experience in video production, editing, and storytelling.
- A deep understanding of fast fashion trends, pop culture, and the lifestyle aspirations of our audience.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- A passion for creativity and a proactive attitude!
