About the Role:
At Panorama Education, our website is a powerful inbound marketing engine, generating leads, brand affinity, product awareness and furthering our vision to create best-in-class content and community for educational leaders. We are looking for a talented website marketer to fuel the performance and growth of Panorama’s largest marketing channel.
In this role, you will be a driving force in Panorama’s website marketing strategy, including planning and implementing large-scale projects to improve user experience, conversion rates, and organic search ranking.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in shaping Panorama’s website marketing strategy and own the execution of that strategy, including A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Implement and manage CRO strategies to improve the conversion rates of key website pages and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Improve website usability, navigation, and design to enhance the user experience.
- Use web analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar) to track and analyze website performance and user behavior, using this data to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
- Support build out of Hubspot landing pages for marketing programs, campaigns, and events
- Own monthly website performance reporting, including analysis and insights around website acquisition, engagement, conversion, and pipeline.
- Stay current on website best practices and train team members on these practices.
This job is for you if you:
- Have 3+ years of B2B marketing experience managing and optimizing high-converting websites.
- Are data-driven with the ability to interpret web metrics to optimize digital channels and drive growth goals
- Have demonstrated success in improving website lead acquisition, conversion rates, and organic search rankings for targeted search terms on Google
- Have strong copywriting skills and design aesthetic
- Are proficient in Hubspot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, and other web development languages and tools
- Have strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Have creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and serving as project manager, working with multiple stakeholders to hit goals on a timeline and achieving desired outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Base Salary: $85,000 - $114,000
