Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Digital Content Creator to collaborate closely with our Creative Director to bring our client’s brands to life. This role involves supporting various stages of production, including camera operation, photo and video editing, equipment management, and other general production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in pre-production: including tasks like content ideation meetings, schedule organization, shot lists, and gear prep.

Participate in Production and Creative kick-off meetings and provide content input during brainstorming sessions.

Operate camera and audio equipment during shoots, ensuring high-quality content.

Edit visual content for social media and other digital platforms.

Assist in gear prep and inventory, readying Production equipment for shoots.

Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Adapt to ad-hoc Production and Creative needs and contribute to efficient workflows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of content creation experience with a portfolio that showcases creative, impactful work.

Proficiency in content editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro; Final Cut Pro).

Familiarity with studio Production equipment (camera & accessories, simple audio setup, lighting, mobile content capture setup).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A collaborative and adaptable mindset with excellent communication skills.

A passion for creative storytelling and delivering quality work.

Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus but not required.
