EMPLOYEE ROLE
People Manager
The Opportunity
The Group Manager, Content Strategy and Communications is a key leadership role in the Global Employee Communications and Talent Marketing teams. We are looking for a storyteller who has experience in delivering content strategies that compel, excite, and attract the best future employees, and drive connection and belonging for our current employees. As the managing editor across our flagship content channels, you will bring our corporate narrative to life by crafting, editing, and commissioning content that is creative and authentic, and told through the lens of our people — employees, community and customers.
This role also requires an adventurous channel strategist — excited to evolve existing channels in new and innovative ways, using Adobe’s own products and AI to reinvent how we connect, engage, and personalize communication at scale. You will use data to guide content and channel decisions, and communicate insights to partners and leadership teams.
This role requires a creative and strategic problem solver with a strong point of view, who is data-driven and passionate about leading and mentoring teams.

- Set and lead clear targets for engagement strategies and acquisition initiatives. Track, measure, and analyze content performance to ensure strategic alignment and performance.
- Engage with collaborators across the Global Marketing Organization to align to our broader narrative, strategy, and content engine and integrate coordinated programs and campaigns across PR, the Social Team, the Executive Communications Team, the Corporate Social Responsibility Team, plus Brand Strategy and Brand Studio teams.
- Collaborate with leads across the Employee Communications Team to find and amplify impactful content from across Adobe, aligned to our priorities and editorial pillars.
- Partner closely with regional Talent Marketing leads and the Global Talent Acquisition Team to craft a content strategy that aligns to their targets, priorities, and campaigns.
- Work with the Social Team to build employee brand social campaigns and employee amplification on social networks.
- Run editorial meetings and lead agency and vendor support for content creation.

- Strong operational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Inherent curiosity, strong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity.
- At least 10 years of leadership experience.
