Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and passionate social media manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence, engage with our audience, and showcase our design expertise. The social media manager works closely with the design team to align social content with the current project and overall business goals. The content creator assists with branding strategy and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, and stories) highlighting our design projects, services, and brand identity.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner to foster relationships with followers and clients.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, partnerships, and collaborations with influencers and industry professionals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, photographers, and marketing team to align social media content with overall business goals and branding.
- Ensure the website is updated with the latest projects.
- Write blog posts related to interior design trends and current work to post on social platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the design or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, or equivalent).
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and content.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and trends in digital marketing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
