Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and manage social media accounts for our clients. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers to understand their brand voice and goals, creating and implementing strategies that enhance their online presence, engage their target audiences, and achieve measurable results. This position requires a creative, strategic, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customized social media strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
- Manage day-to-day operations for clients’ social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, goals, and target audiences, ensuring their social media aligns with their business objectives.
- Creation and overseeing the creation of engaging and visually appealing multimedia content (graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each client’s brand.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for clients, showcasing the effectiveness of campaigns and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure clients’ social media remains competitive and innovative.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on behalf of clients to foster a positive online community.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on managing accounts for multiple clients.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, tools, analytics, and advertising.
- Ability to adapt to different brand voices and industries.
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
- Experience with paid social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
