The Opportunity
As a key member of the EMEA Executive Marketing team, we are looking for a data driven Marketing Manager who is positive and effective, exercising agility and focus when working with senior leaders and contributors.
This position is accountable for designing, managing, and driving both the business and logistical requirements for executive events, engagements, and campaigns in Central Europe. The role is based in Munich and is integral to the success of the Executive Marketing, EMEA team, which is a part of the Centre of Excellence for the Adobe EMEA DX Marketing organisation.
The position reports directly into the Head of Executive Marketing, EMEA. This role will work independently to define priorities aligned to Executive Marketing’s targets, lead enablement with the field and respond to any questions from regional leaders and contributors.
This role requires strong attention to detail and responsiveness as well as exceptional flexibility, time management, and prioritisation skills. This is an executive and customer facing role and will require the ability to interact professionally with Adobe senior executives, sales teams, and customers from Central Europe. The candidate will support multiple events, engagements, and campaigns simultaneously and drive and collaborate with multiple contributors from the marketing org and vendors. Knowledge of Central European executive communities and campaigns is desirable.
What you'll do
- Manage all executive marketing events and activations across your region
- Drive and contribute towards pan-EMEA executive marketing initiatives activities
- Liaise with leaders across the organisation and within region, including Field Marketing, Communications, Sales, Adobe regional leadership.
- Instruct and handle external contributors and delivery partners such as local agencies
- Promote the ExM offering within your region, across multiple business units
- Support your region in identifying the best customers for ExM offerings, supervise nominations and support customer care
- Capture customer data alongside Field and Sales colleagues
- Work against key performance indicators and drive tracking mechanisms, analysis and course corrections throughout all programs
- Support pan-EMEA Executive Marketing strategy and feedback potential regional discrepancies
- Own the CEUR Executive Marketing data insights and partner with key players to ensure account and contact segmentation and metadata are refreshed regularly, in-line with the wider EMEA objectives

- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), knowledge of project management tools and virtual collaboration technology
